3. Read Thinking Critically about the "Subjective"/"Objective" Distinction! You need to have a clear idea of the difference between metaphysics and epistemology in order to understand this reading.

4. Do the Part 1 Self Test.

5. Read the Essay Assignment for Part 1. This essay is due one week after the first day of class.
